Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 14, 2026

TallySquared is a ready-mix concrete and aggregates invoice auditing service operated by TallySquared in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. It helps commercial concrete and aggregates subcontractors identify and dispute billing overcharges from their suppliers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

  • Account information such as your name, email address, and company name when you register
  • Business documents including supplier invoices and delivery tickets you upload for auditing
  • Payment information processed securely through our payment provider
  • Communications you send us through the platform

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve our auditing services
  • Process and complete your audit requests
  • Send you audit results, dispute packages, and service communications
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Respond to your questions and support requests

Document Handling

The invoices and delivery tickets you upload are used solely to perform your requested audit. Your documents are processed automatically by our audit system, which runs on trusted third-party cloud infrastructure and uses document-reading and artificial-intelligence services to read what you upload. We send your documents to these providers solely to perform your audit. We do not sell your business documents or use them for any purpose other than providing the auditing service you requested.

Our system uses artificial intelligence to read your documents. Every dollar amount in your audit results is calculated by deterministic software, not by AI.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that operate parts of our platform: cloud hosting and storage, document reading and artificial intelligence, payment processing, and email delivery. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with infrastructure providers that encrypt data at rest.

Data Retention

We retain your account information, documents, and audit records for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@tallythat.io; we will delete it within 30 days of your request.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may also request that we stop processing your information. To exercise these rights, email support@tallythat.io.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to operate our platform, including maintaining your login session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date.
